Official sources and accuracy
Officially published legislation takes precedence. Automated synchronisation, OCR and structure extraction may introduce errors in words, tables, images and article numbering, or delays. Check the current official source and original document before making legally consequential decisions. Guides and glossary entries do not replace individual legal advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use only accounts you own or are authorised to use; do not share sign-in codes. Unauthorised access, bypassing security controls, malicious content, infringement of others’ rights and requests that disrupt the service are prohibited. Access may be restricted for security reasons; contact support@cuspert.com with questions.
Sources and copyright
Official documents and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable legal status. Cuspert does not claim exclusive rights over all sources. Respect attribution, permission and licence requirements when reusing material. Report alleged infringement to office@cuspert.com with the specific material URL.
External services and responsibility
External links are not guarantees or claims of official partnership. Applications, checks and payments take place on the relevant portal. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory user rights.
