Information processed
You can read and search legal texts without an account. Account features store your email, name, profile image and sign-in identifier, bookmarks, private notes, PDF annotations, follows, notifications, reading position and preferences. Sign-in times, session records and browser information support account security. IP addresses may be processed to deliver requests and limit abuse. Email correspondence also involves your address and the content you send.
Purposes
Information is used to identify your account, provide the personal features you choose, send sign-in codes, respond to requests and maintain security and service availability. Do not put other people’s sensitive information, passwords or payment-card details in notes. This notice does not replace any separate consent required for processing.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses an HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax session cookie with the Secure attribute over HTTPS. Sessions last 30 days; short-lived verification cookies are also set during sign-in. Theme, reading preferences and some local choices may remain in your browser’s localStorage. You can clear them in browser settings, which may sign you out and reset local preferences.
Providers and external links
Cloudflare provides site delivery, storage and technical security. Optional Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile information, not Gmail or Drive content. Loading fonts creates technical requests to Google Fonts. Email sign-in codes are delivered through Brevo. Providers may process technical information on their infrastructure, including outside Azerbaijan. External services follow their own policies; a link on Cuspert does not mean an official application is processed here.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account exists to provide personal features. Deleting your account in the account panel removes associated active account records, notes, bookmarks and sessions. Clear browser storage separately. Account deletion does not immediately erase previously sent emails, separate security logs or backups; their retention depends on applicable technical and legal requirements. Contact support@cuspert.com for retention and deletion information for these categories.
Your rights and requests
Email support@cuspert.com to ask about information held about you and its processing, request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing where provided by applicable law. Proportionate verification of account ownership may be necessary before fulfilling a request. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. Your statutory rights, including recourse to competent authorities and courts, are not restricted.

This page shows the current notice and revision date. Material processing changes require notice or separate consent as applicable under law.
